Yes, every Dixie Pottery piece is individually handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, or glaze may occur—making each item truly one of a kind.
Do you accept custom orders or personalized designs?
Absolutely! We offer personalized pottery options for special occasions like weddings, anniversaries, and gifts. You can add initials, names, or custom colors to select items. Contact us for details and availability.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Custom orders are processed 7 - 10 business days. We ship nationwide using reliable carriers, ensuring safe packaging for fragile pottery. Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
How do I care for my pottery?
Most of our pottery pieces are food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise stated. To ensure longevity, we recommend gentle handwashing for delicate or decorative items. Any items with Gold Luster or Gold Leaf should not be used in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Gold Leaf pieces are not to be used for food, etc.
What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. If your pottery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly replace your order. If there is an issue with your order please call us at 800 874. 4312.
